Problem solving was the most important skill i needed on daily basis. When I became Store Supervisor I had to deal with late deliveries, working under time pressure, deal with difficult customers and new situations on every shift. To solve a problem I also needed great communication, analyzing and planning skills.
If not my never ending self motivation, this portfolio would never be created. Setting a goal is great, but all the way to achieve it is the best part.
I can fit to every situation. At Sainsbury's every day can be different. One day I was serving customers on the checkout- next day I was going on the stage to receive a prize for the best store in the Region. And a few days later you could find me on a bussiness meeting talking about details of my admin project with Development Team. Beeing flexible is letting me to feel comfortable and confident even in extremely different situations.
